In 2016, Kim Nespoli faced a life-altering challenge: Stage 3 breast cancer. With incredible resilience, courage, and the unwavering support of her family and community, she fought and triumphed, becoming an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Whether as a devoted mother to her three children—Lily, Jack, and Jett—or as the beloved secretary at Salem Elementary, Kim has always been a pillar of strength and grace.

Like a beacon in the night, Kim’s three children—Lily, Jack, and Jett—and her devoted husband Jonathan never left her side.
Unfortunately, 2024 brought new challenges for Kim. The cancer returned, this time as Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer, spreading to her liver, lungs, and bones. While this battle is even more daunting, Kim continues to face it with the same courage and resilience that has always defined her.
Through it all, Kim’s spirit remains unshaken. With grace as her shield, she continues to face each day with strength and resilience. It’s hard not to wonder—how does she keep moving forward with such confidence, even when the odds seem so overwhelming?

We are thrilled to share that Kim is now receiving the specialized care she needs at Envita Medical Center in Arizona, a leading facility offering innovative treatments for late-stage cancer patients. However, the costs of these life-saving treatments are significant, and we are continuing to raise the funds necessary to ensure she can stay on this healing path.
Her brother-in-law, Josh Nespoli, fondly recalls the days of Kim’s early journey, sharing stories that capture her essence: an Olympic-level athlete who became a real-life Disney princess, and a beacon of love and laughter to all who know her. Josh reflects on a 1998 family party where Kim’s love story with her now-husband, Jonathan, began—a moment of joy that continues to inspire those standing by her in this fight.
Through it all, Kim’s love for her children remains her greatest source of strength. Her daughter, Lily, even at the young age of five during Kim’s first battle, intuitively cared for her mother, mirroring Kim’s own selflessness and grace. This family’s resilience speaks to the love and support they share, but they need our help now more than ever to continue this fight.
